I see a pony on your dad's ass.
the pony is looking down. His neck is horizontal. The bruise starting at the crack and going to the right is the back of the pony's neck, and then the light part on his right ass cheek right where that bruise turns south is the pony's cheek. The bruise on his right cheek closest to his right hand is the pony's forehead. The pony's eye is next to the pony's cheek, and his nose is dipping down your dad's leg.

I guess it could be a giraffe, but a pony is cuter.
