Mine is whatever they call 'normal' for being 36.
It used to be high a few years back when I was still drinking. Even when I stopped. But I then started a treadmill, better diet, weight lifting, being more active.
Blood pressure back to normal. My GOOD cholesterol is above average. I still trying to get down whatever it is that shows early diabetes warnings. I was 110 last time I was in. It's hard to cut out all sugar.
I get tested twice a year with blood work. Have to check to make sure liver is in good order, and no cancer from 10 years of drinking and chewing.
4+ years now. Showing some progress in better health. More importantly, better stamina in and out of bed. Stronger. I no longer get winded. Not as easily tired out.
So on... and so on...
Still working on losing weight, and have a way to go. So I just keep plugging away.
