Ouch. my nipples are insanely sensitive, so it would probably kill me.
I was in high school and was wearing a school button, those kind that have the pins that don't close on the back of them..... someone bumped into me really hard and that pin went all the way in the outside of my boob and I thought I was going to die. It took me 20 minutes to pull that damn thing out and no one else was going to dare touch it.... it HURT!!
I can't even imagine falling that hard on them. lol
