Like it or not, the law is specific on what constitutes child porn.. whether it is a cartoon character or not, the children in some of those pictures are very real, and if I was the site owner, i'd probably move to a country where they don't care about this sort of thing, but if it's based in the USA or Canada, one of these days, someone is going to come busting his door down and taking those servers. I can already see what the cops would be saying to get a warrant...

"Yeah Judge, this site might be harboring real pictures, but with your signature we intend to do a full search and seizure and ensure there was no one harmed in the making of this website."
