Just the domain FreakyTube.com is valuable.

I've seen just domains go for $10,000 like BootyTube.com and CrazyTube.com. He is offering a domain and active site with many members.

Business.com sold for $360 MILLION.

"Business.com currently brings in about $15 Million dollars a year in revenue. So the sale was 24 times earnings. "

In other words it is going to take business.com 24 YEARS not months to pay off their investment.

It's called an INVESTMENT.
