Doesnt even come close to CP, or hell even rape roleplaying.
Also think it matters on the content. For example some girl getting nailed by an animal is more ok to me than some guy nailing an animal. I do not think you can force an animal to fuck something, but you could force it to be fucked.
Plus them dogs seem to be enjoying themselves.
