I am more into search phrases than words, so let's be really fair. How about "andre trotter is a criminal that is trying to sue marriot hotels" with the quotation marks since there are no results that way.
mesothelioma has 9 million results, so it is hardly unique (a requirement of my challenge). Since you want to modify the rules, how about "seo web host" since there are only 10k results.
