I sent some payments by western union to a tgp reviewer i hired from Argentine, i went to my local post office, filled the form, payed the money and they gave me a key code. Then i called the guy, told him the code and he went to his western office, as soon as he told them the code and showed his identification they gave him the money. So just some minutes.
