There is a strong rumour that Bush gets his information both fed from the TelePrompTer, and an ear piece. I don't doubt he's an intelligent man, and in the comfort of his office he may even be able to carry somewhat of an interesting conversation.
But a man who cannot pronounce some of the most important political words like "nuclear", really need some special fast-tracked speech impediment classes. For at least to not show publicly America's need for a better educational system.
