Last time I checked, he was president and thus DOES represent the US. Out of curiousity what exactly has he fucked up? Seems to me like he's doing a fair job of dealing with a shitty world. You're quick to critize bush as a fuck up and a crook but you have yet to detail any actual fuck ups or crookery. Thus you dribble.
