we have had that here in Vancouver BC Canada for years .. perfect for city folk who walk/bike everywhere and need a car to go to grandmas for the weekend ..a date ...
you buy in .. fairly cheap .. reserve and drive .. seems to work for many ..
Not a fucking chance in Hell i would do it.. but seems to work ..
