Bush "studies" his speeches well, - within his mental ability to do so, but still he can't read the fucking thing. He now has a backup earpiece in case he screws it up...
He looked like some caricature of himself in the speech last night - some cardboard cutout mouthing a load of dribble to justify himself...
Whatever gave anyone the idea at election time that Bush had *any* ability for anything?
