Well if you are really looking for very High Quality then talk to Jim (above) from Techiemedia they are some very serious hosts also mojohost seems to be quality also. I suggest you do a little search for hosts with bad support or downtime threads, that will help you sort out the quality. isprime, TechieMedia, mojohost are all in the top few Quality hosts.
