One part of his speech certainly made *me* feel better... His mention of increased homeland security (will be up and running 24 hours AFTER he basically declares war????, whyn't BEFORE Can we say Duhhhh?)

AND we will have our utilities running due to heavy protection on them, whether we are dead or not. (cocked eyebrow) (In other words, *we* can go hang.) Wonder if they would bill the relatives for power used by Terrorist casualties?!
