According to that 'Matt' guy whos something to do with google, the answer is related to the total number of pages already in your site. HTML pages, not dynamically generated php pages.
He said to count the number of pages in your site. Times it by your current google search position, then divide by the length of time your sits been online (in months)
X the page rank of your index page by 5 and divide by the number above... Then you have your result.
You can now safely add 15.5% new pages per day before google takes a shit and removes you from thier wankings...
