Well, as of today I no longer am on any medication because blood tests show there is no longer a need. That is down to eating better and dropping weight. I am looking forward to seeing what happens with the next 50lbs as I hit goal.

I have my blood checked twice a year. Mainly because I drank, and chewed for a decade and I wanna make sure there is no long term damage. I have not done either for 3-4 years now. Maybe longer.
I know that my good cholesterol is higher than normal, so that's good. My weigh fluctuates up and down. Hopefully as more of that drops, I get out of the 100's for the diabetes risk. I have been in the low 100's while doing my blood tests. I would like to get out of that shit.
