Looks like that clip you posted comes from a DVD title, so maybe you could promote the niche via something like videobox.com or another DVD based site or a site that sells clips/scenes. I haven't seen a site specifically dedicated to this. momsteachingteens.com might have some appeal in addition to the site already mentioned above.
