The proper term should have been Religeous Extremists.
However one only need look at who was in charge of the Government when the term "Islamic Radical" or "Muslim Terrorist Organization" and other such terms were released to the media by none other than the department of defense and the white house.
The connotation itself is prejudiced and for that the leaders of the White House and our current government should be extremely ashamed.
It is the McCain camp that is alienating Muslim voters in America by standing by the media negativity surrounding Islamic Americans.
I myself have little respect for Islam or Muslims, I myself do not like the way they treat women. I am just making a point here that these religeous groups are Americans are Voters as well and are a part of America's Political process.
