shit russia and ukrain i saw kid getting drunk all day and smoking ,
here i see , in thia i have seen it , please note most other countrys play by there rules and not give a shit of the others ,
if they can sell some thing and make money they will reather it a tattoo ,, beer , smokes , drugs , what ever ,
and to note you telling me you not know people that give under 18 tattoos a friend did it or what ever , i know in the usa i have seen many with it
