That's funny- I've suggested using an exercise ball to a few other people on this board, although mine
is on the other side of the room at the moment. That's great that you're using it for- hmm. I've gotta see that.
I'm eating only fruit and soy shakes now. Zero caffeine. And I feel
excellent.
It's looking like I have a rare genetic anomaly where a lot of my blood cells are rounder () than the average person's, which are toroidal -> ][
These round cells don't get through my spleen as easily. Blood breaks down faster causing high billirubin, or jaundice in severe cases. It can cause gallstones, or a big spleen, either or both of which might be my problem.
There are consequent changes in the body- bones are more developed, longer. Vertebrae may be differently shaped. Brain case may be wider.
In almost all cases, it's people of Northern European descent who have this (about 1 in 5000 in the U.S.). My father has it- pretty sure my grandfather has it. If it goes all the way up my male line, I would have gotten this from somebody like Richard the Longshanks. It's said to be in the one of the autosomes rather than an X or Y chromosome, so perhaps this is not likely.
Oh, and Labret, you've gotta stop looking at gay porn all day. The pink scarf doesn't match your armband.
