Don't be ashamed of a gas grill my brotha. I have a gas grill and would never go back. Why? Because just down the road is a Propane USA. I bought a wood chip box and now make my own blend. The food has never tasted so good.

This is the best mix I have come up with to date.
50% hickory
20% Apple wood
20% Pecan
10% mesquite

You keep that in you gas grill and it will rock your food world.

BTW sharky your grill is FUCKING AWESOME!!!!
