before this happened i was goin all out on protien (atleast compared to what i had done before).. for a month i was gettin approx. 200g's of protien a day (i was around 180) and then this shit happened...

im starting to think i fucked something up... :\

any ideas???
Stop whacking off 4+ times a day and you could probably save the amount of protien you're taking in!
