lol... when I've spent 2 minutes going through a menu, typing out an account number or phone # and having the system read it back s-l-o-w-l-y to verify it, then it rings for 2 seconds and a message about how we value your call, but all our operators are busy comes on... I usually say something like "yeah, that'd be fucking right." I might hold my tongue now I know it's possibly being recorded.
(Once I actually get through the first thing the operator usually asks is the account/phone number.............................
