Muay Thai for more than one.

Brain power to avoid confrontation.


Here is the caveat for BJJ. You have to train BJJ at 3 to 4 times a week for about a year to be a bad ass amongst non-trained mortals.

Muay Thai fighters can be bad asses in a month or so. A BJJ guy at least blue belt level will destroy a Muay Thai fighter that has been training since a sperm.

Combine BJJ, Muay Thai and some smarts would be optimal for both defense and offensives fighting.
