The point you have to realise is that noone actually really cares. No black person, other than trying to blame someone else for their problems, really sits around all day evaluating how economically and bureaucratically dominated society is by self-hating whites like Bill Gates who end up starting black scholarship programs that exclude whites with their money.

Society is not as racist or as caring as you might think - everyone just goes about their life. I grew up in an immigrant dominated area, in which I would cop the racial insults as much as anyone else would, and it doesn't affect you. I don't care if someone calls me a cracker, or if when I apply for an apprenticeship at an immigrant owned shop I have to go a little bit out of my way to let them know I'll fit in with how they run their operations. You just do it, it's life. So if Tyrone can turn up in a suit and act polite you are kidding yourself if you don't think he has as much of a chance of getting the job as anyone else in 99% of places.

Black people don't have it hard in the US, fat and ugly people are more discriminated against than non-White people. So stop being an uninformed self-hating whitey acting as an enlightened individual - you have no idea.
