You know what would make my life easier? A program that tiles scenes from an avi so I could then browes through them and copy or save the ones I liked best for my gallery preview images.

Doesn't that sound great? O.K. now what's going to happen is, you're going to tell me where to find this and I'm going to download it. Then I'll forget about you and never really appreciate the time you took to help a stranger.
