I would also like to announce that, effective immediately, the United States is suspending membership in the United Nations and will cease all payments to that organization. They have proven to be silly and ineffective and a waste of your taxpayer dollars. In addition, we will s ave trillions of dollars in aid that we spend annually to assist those United Nation countries who need it, and depend fully on the US to take care of all their needs.
The United States invites the United Kingdom, Australia, Turkey, Italy, Spain, other willing European countries, and former members of the eastern block who are now free and appreciate the price of freedom, to join a new alliance - NNATO (NOT NATO). This new alliance will always support each other, hence the term - alliance. France, you are on your own. I suggest you form your own alliance. Perhaps Normandy would be a great place to start looking for members.
With regards to the war on terrorism - I am notifying all nations who have supported, funded, and protected Al Qaida, that any attack on the United States or our citizens abroad, will result in a tactical nuclear retaliatory strike on the capital of your nation. As you might recall, immediately after September 11th, 2001, I stated that you are either with us or against us. You have had ample time to make your choice. You can now fully, completely, and honestly, cooperate in shutting down Al Qaida and other terrorist organizations or suffer the same consequences that we have suffered, at our hand.
In closing, I would like to say to Hillary, Tom, and the other Senators who have gotten us into this mess....Your visas to France and Germany are ready to be picked up.
