does it matter? if you're voting republican you're putting the Bushes and the Pat Robertson's in power. You're bringing WW III to a potential immediate reality through the irresponsiblity and incompetence of your party leadership. Why should I care if your ideology differs from theirs? You're not the one who's going to be in power, nor is anyone like you because your type of Republican isn't in control of the party, and has no power whatsoever within the party. In fact, the republican party is so completely identified now with religious hypocrisy, censorship and the drug war that it's very very difficult for me to see how any free thinking and literate person could ever BE a republican.
