Are you really in Memphis? I lived in Memphis for over 30 years before moving to LA just a few years ago - and I make frequent trips back south to visit the family and friends. I would have no problem with making an appearance at your place of business to discuss this with you in person if that's what it's going to take. As a matter of fact, I will be in the Memphis/Southaven area in late May. If you are in Bartlett - I am happy to make the short trip around I-240 for a brief visit. Is that satisfactory for you?
You need to get back to me to let me know how you wish to handle this. I am tired of you and/or your customers spamming me - is this clear? Do something about it now before it's too late. How much more clearer does it need to get before you understand it?
