Having been in this business for so many years, I have felt both sides of a weak and strong dollar. I really think along averages mostly when it comes to such costs. I know early on, even pre 03 those outside the US were killing it and often charging more for services than today.
Business costs for the most part have decreased pretty steady over the past decade or so. Shit now is often brutally cheap in comparison. More are willing to work for less service wise. Only problem is programs are often required almost to offer so much more. Affiliates on other hand earn more per sale than ever before.
