Franck gets boring fast. He sounds like a kid stringing together as many naughty words as he can think of to try and be insulting. He mostly just sounds ridiculous and frustrated though.
A good Dutch friend of mine once told me in Holland people don't really insult in any creative sort of manner. I know in Spanish, it's always straight forward. So maybe Franck's just acting like a kid that found a new toy.
