On that list ( # 192 ), they have none... Now it seems they could have 400 millions barrels ... I will go up to 600 millions barrels... That would put them at about # 47, just behind .... Trinidad & Tobago.

Unless... You take in consideration that the bridges on the road from Phnon Penh to Koh Kong (Thai Border) are all (or nearly) completed.

Then you see that the old French dream of a land road from Peking to Bangkok and on to Europe is COMPLETED..(a little bit late maybe )...

Those roads are mostly offered as "present" by friendly contries like ....China.

It's just a coincidence that those roads can accommodate 2 rows of tanks and pass very close to the biggest oil reserves and refineries in the region...
