You raise valid points but to me, as far as radicalism/religion/extremism are concerned, Obama/Biden are much less extreme than McCain/Palin, especially Palin.

I'll be perfectly honest, I don't know much about Pastor Rod Parsely or Pastor John Hagee (other than his gay/Katrina comment). I'll have to do some research before I can respond to his affiliation with those guys. I will say however that affiliation versus attending services of someone is different. I know plenty of folks in this business and will even sit and have a drink with them at the trade show but I'll be damned if I'll do business with them. Perhaps McCain affiliated with them in order to get their follower base to vote for him.
Shelley Shannon - well, she's a pro-life nut-job but at least she isn't a pro "white" life nut-job.
I've seen the Palin "exorcised" video and I've seen better audio dubbing on a Godzilla movie. I'm not saying it's fake and I'm not saying it's real - I'm just saying someone show me a copy where the preacher's mouth and the words in the audio match.

This is what I don't get about the folks that do say that. Yes McCain is old but look at his family - they live to be a ripe old old age. Palin is inexperienced, but she's the backup. Obama is just as inexperienced and he's the starting quarterback. If inexperience is anyone's excuse, they can't vote for Obama based on that and expect anyone to follow that logic.
Secondly, there's a good chance that some nut will attempt to assassinate Obama if he's elected. There was already a news story of a plan by some guys in Denver and the Secret Service believes it's a credible threat as well. Knowing that it is difficult to protect the President from a potential assassin that is willing to trade their life for that of the President - that would leave us with Biden and Biden is only 6 years younger than McCain.
