read above, I've SKIPPED going to the hospital at times when nearly anybody would have gone... I've given MYSELF stitches 3 different times, I had a SKULL fracture and heavy blood loss a few months back... never went to the hospital... WHY? I DIDN"T NEED TO!

I WAS IN AN ATV ACCIDENT 2 YEARS AGO. I HAD A HEAD INJURY AND IF I DIDNT GO TO THE E.R. AND HAVE A C.T. SCAN, WHO KNOWS WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME. I COULD HAVE BLOWN IT OFF AND HAD PERMANENT BRAIN DAMAGE. HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK THAT WOULD HAVE COST? NOT JUST IN MEDICAL CARE, BUT SOCIAL SECURITY OR WELFARE AFTER MY DISABILITY INSURANCE RAN OUT?
