PAY isn't the only thing... WORKLOAD goes up for people like nurses simply because people start going to hospitals for shit they otherwise would have stayed home for. Pay is roughly the same but there's more work to be done.
My wife does traveling nurse jobs because they get paid a LOT better, in universal healthcare plans the party ends for traveling nurses. I LOVE getting paid to move to another state... getting paid $1500/mnth for housing expenses on top of a better hourly wage and pay to travel ROCKS.
Universal Healthcare isn't the real solution. but obviously some changes NEED to be made, I just don't think its good for the country to go with universal healthcare. I believe it will only benefit the poor while making things WORSE for the MIDDLE class(me?) and upper class(hope to be)
