The UK also has the worst record for waiting times with 15% having to wait for more than six months for elective treatment.
Canada was the next worst on 14% and the Netherlands the best with 2%.

Anybody who has seriously put thought into universal healthcare CANNOT be for it. It is a good "theory" but in "theory" so is communism but at the end of the day shit doesn't work like it "should" It might sound great to get everybody healthcare but at the end of the day its a BAD idea because like or not it'll come out of your pocket! At least with this current system we have a CHOICE of if we want it to come out of our pocket or not.
Fuck this war, fuck everything to do with war mongering (defense budget and research) FUCK NASA and FUCK rebuilding other countries.
You want to end starvation and OUR problems? We clearly can't afford to even take care of ourselves so why the hell are we all over the world doing shit that is NONE of our business.
We are NOT a super power, its time for somebody else to bail others out. Our ENTIRE budget and debt is because we don't take care of ourselves first. Don't think for 1 second we'd have ANY debt if it weren't for insane amounts of spending on defense and invasion forces.
