Yep, War does that to people, it's Sad. Happened to my roommate, hard to save a person or help a person that doesn't want to be helped and takes that path as the answer.
And you mean, Veterans living under bridges aren't doing anything to help themselves.
Must be 3,000+ organizations, across every state of this Country that will help any Veteran that wants to get off the street, drugs, booze, suicide, or anyone wanting to finally start life.
Should the Gov round the Vets up and force help on them?
