now you can spin that and say what you want, but as an American, who longs for change, who wants to see America as a good country, a good place to live, its hard not to dream a little as I look to the election.

Yeah but expectations are too high if Obama wins.
He has a pretty dodgy circle of friends, and also is pretty new to all this, so its not like he will get much done. The world will be impressed initally, but after a year or two of getting nothing done I think the backlash will be worse.
He should win the election but he's just a mouth piece, and just like McCain he won't do anything but talk. Its a shame the US couldn't step up and throw some real options at the American people .. the choice this year is pathetic.
