any fucking moron out there that's going to riot is going to give Bush the excuse to institute martial law, which can not be reviewed by congress for 6 months.. So, if riots do occur on a mass scale across the nation, participants will be sent to prison camps if they're not killed first.

Oh, and guess what else.. If he activates martial law, I hope you welcome UN troops into the US to enforce it. Those guys will have no problem whatsoever firing on Americans.
