It says she violated a state ethics law, and towards the end of the report it says it is a misdemeanor, but the penalty for the violation is forfeiture off office which you can read for yourself near the end of report. |
Thanks for the link. I had just read what was on the cnn.com headline and at that moment it just said that she had done something unethical, but not illegal. Apparently that is not the reality of the situation. If it were just an unethical thing it would be bad for her, now that it seems she has broken a law it could turn really ugly for her.
I never liked her and this kind of reassures me that my thoughts on her seemed to be correct.
