Just wondering if any of you had any ideas as to what elements in an email would trigger a spam filter.

Besides the obvious keywords like "increase your manhood" etc...

I have an idea it might go beyond keywords and it might be actions like sending the same title line to several gmail accounts daily.

Does anyone have any advice on things NOT TO DO when emailing so that your important emails are not perceived as spam?
