I don't know what to make of you. In some political discussions you seem to have your shit together and other times you act like you're five years old. You go from rational discussion to name-calling in an instant. Don't even get me started on the you/Pathfinder shit.

Now you come on here to tell us how you're such a patriot and love your country so much that you kicked someone's ass for excercising the rights granted to him by the country you claim to love. How can you be so backward? The very thing that makes the United States great and the thing your beloved military fights so hard for is to give assholes like him the freedom to criticize WITHOUT fear of bodily harm or deprivation of freedom. You basically wiped your ass with the rights and freedoms of a country you claim to have spent 12 years defending.

The right of freedom of speech as long as you don't say "x" and as long as you don't say "y" isn't really freedom at all. You shouldn't be on here bragging about what you did. If you're such a patriot, you should be on here begging the forgiveness of all the American citizens you spit on with your childish actions.

Don't waste your time with that "hey, if he hates our freedoms so much he doesnt deserve them" reasoning, either. See above: the thing that makes it a freedom is that he is free to say it whether you like it or not. There is no freedom to physically assault people you don't like. Your medals and wings mean nothing if that is your interpretation of America.

Edit: I should make it clear that I don't agree with bad-mouthing our military. It is there for a reason and serves and extremely important purpose. The problem is that you have perverted that purpose. I consider myself a patriot. I love my country, but what I love about is it's purest form, where people are free to criticize it. That's the whole point. One of my very few regrets is that I didn't serve in the military but that doesn't mean I don't love my country.

Naah...it is simpler than all that. Of course you or anyone else have every right to excerisise free speech. Of course if I don't like what you are saying in front of me, you may need to have some dental work done. That is my freedom to disagree with or simply not like. with prejudice, the words that came from your pie hole. What free speech would have to be stated before you would respond physically?
