i'd guess at this point they had already shaken hands, obama was in "shake hands/kiss babies" mode so when he got tapped he immediately had his hand out, to which mccain was like "no fool, i'm trying to introduce you to my wife". but i'd need to see it from the point of debate being over

edit: nah eff that... mccain was just being a dick... lol his bad temper again?

edit edit: if you gonna call him a terrorist i guess you cant shake his hand
