This may very well just be justifying BS but if you think about it. This does but everything in a grey area..
Countless Main stream tube sites do this as well as the even larger numbers of main stream tube leach site already doing this..
Over use of Bandwidth with limited ROI is one problem that caused stage6.com to close its doors.
right or wrong 10000 webmasters hot-linking flash videos from a tube site would start to been seen on the O' hosting bill even at .05 -.06 a gig...
