I think this happened nearly a year ago already
the bottom line is that if you really want security, it is better to figure out how to use pgp and do it yourself rather than rely on some private email company
the article mentions the BC supreme court, but I thought that somehow the U.S. were involved in this one as well.... anyone have any more details?
