I was just reading through the new October Issue and the many articles in the Billing Trends - Special Report Section including IPSP vs. Merchant accounts, Reducing Chargebacks, The Future of Billing, After The Sale, Phone Billing as well as the excellent article by 12clicks about Xsales. I am very impressed. The writing is excellent in all of these articles, extremely informative, and really give several views from different angles.

We are very happy to participate in these articles and I certainly urge all site owners to read this issue and the related articles. There is certainly something for everyone to learn.
