I don't know why the hell it is taking so long to set up this epass. I did everything correct online, and it told me I had to call to verify. When I call they send me through every loop there is and will not send me to a actual person. I have never heard of something taking so long to set up, but first thing in the morning I am on it and will let everyone know.

Thank you all once again. I cannot even begin to express how much this is going to help Ina, who will one day become a part of a family and make their lives beautiful. Everyone who has a dog as a family member knows what I am talking about. Just think we will give a family out there the chance to have the same thing we have, but they will have it with Ina.
