When did Lizzie Borden ever work with Max Hardcore? I'm not super familiar with Porn Valley video, but I thought she ran Extreme Associates with Rob Black.
Also, people are reading what the fines were incorrectly. Max Hardcore the man was fined $7,500 each for 10 counts and his company was fined $75,000 each for 10 counts. That comes to
$825,000 not counting attorney bills. XBiz reports the total fines at
$1.4 million. AVN reports the recommended range for the fines was between $1.2 and $2.4 million and that the judge went for the lowest possible fines under the statute but also imposed a $5,000 special assessments fine, whatever a special assessment is.
