You say you're not a customer service guy, but you make sure the servers run fine. So who is this "they" that you keep taking about? Do you mean the company you resell for?

Nobody can access 2 of our servers which have failed hdisks. One of them hosts the main hosthybrid.com page
All of our other servers are fine and all users who were affected by this would be given double bandwith next month..
I thought it would be back soon but they said a few more hrs..

Interesting that a hosting company would run their website and both the dns servers on one ip address. You would think a hosting company touting their BGP routing and fiber optics would actually maintain redundant name servers. That means you're either stupid, a liar, or a reseller.
ns1.hosthybrid.com --> 69.1.77.150
ns2.hosthybrid.com --> 69.1.77.150
www.hosthybrid.com --> 69.1.77.150
Also, either you're lifting text from someone or they're lifting it from you. Just about every snippet of text I've tried from your site on Google comes up on other sites as well.

Seems pretty obvious that this isn't a serious hosting company. A little advice for people seeking hosting. Before you signup with a company, do a little digging into who they are. Are they an actually hosting company or do they resell for someone else? Try to reach their customer service department: are they responsive or do they abuse people online? Talk to existing customers: are they happy? Take some of the text on their website and enter it in google, see if anything suspicious pops up. Check out how long they've been in business: does the time they claim on their website match the registration date on their whois record and if it doesn't why doesn't it? Investigate their network, run traceroutes to it from various places around the net (do a google search for "network looking glass"). Remember its your money and your business, don't fuck around with people who are less than serious.
