notthehun is infringing on a trademark, simple. And I HAVE to go after that... Why? Simple. If I don't it's easy to proof for other people that infringe on the trademark that "I don't care". Which means my trademark would be void if I don't protect it now.
But anyway, they're my new legal representation in the US, so I'm filling 'em in on a few details right now. By the time they're filled in I hope notthehun is down... It will save a whole lot of time...
